Excellent base for exploring New York City. We had a perfectly pleasant time in this low cost hotel in New York City. Everything was fine as expected, yet the bathroom was disgusting.

I stayed in this low cost hotel for 2 days, had great experience, loved its prime location really close to the subway, restaurants that are reasonably priced, all stores. All the employees were apologetic. Non-smoking, warm room with double beds. Everything seemed great, fairly clean. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Brooklyn district.

We loved staff and rooms of this boutique style hotel. Close to a metro station, just a walk down to stores and all stores. Apart from that, a city park was 5 minutes away by driving. We could use wake up calls and ironing at no cost too.
The bathroom was very dirty.
